The devastation that followed Hurricane Rai and the thousands of homeless people in the Philippines

About a week ago the Philippines was hit by a severe storm this year at least 375 people lost their lives and hundreds of thousands were left homeless and had very little water one of the worst affected was the famous tourist island of Siargao and from there, our correspondent.
