 World Health Organization and 45 million health workers have warned of the direct impact of carbon emissions and rising temperatures on human health in a new report released last year.

 So they rely on one river now this one river is a dry plate where children pour holes in the ground to extract clean drinking water and there are a hundred thousand people

who lives in this township relying on these small ground resources.

 I spoke to women today who work with different programs to try and help them find new livelihoods because they have lost all their cattle.

They lost all. Their sheep The drought is not where we can get these animals out of the veld if you lose them or if you lose your livestock you lose your livelihood.

So there is this real problem that is building here two and a half million people in Kenya alone who are said to be at risk of this food shortage and that is why the Kenyan government has taken action.

The Government has achieved a promising initiative that will reduce our emissions by two-thirds by 2035 and businesses are a major part of that so.

 We have looked at the largest UK businesses and disappointingly found that only 19 I have a plan to reach zero now most of them are purposeful and acceptable that we have achieved the target.

But it is clear that the most important thing is that you have a plan to meet that target and as I say only 19 have made that plan and we see that plan so what we are asking is for the government to close the gap and not expect that they will get this reduction.

If we have the rules of change and change programs in the course of the historic police conference we are helping in Glasgow in just a few weeks in which we have businesses fall over to talk about zero and as I say there is a lot of commitment.
