Former George Shore Star Mourns Death of Sister Darcy Rose, 19
Former George Shore star Holly Hagan has shared devastating news on Instagram — her 19-year-old sister, Darci Rose, has sadly passed away.
Holly wrote, “It is with immeasurable grief and sadness that our baby girl Darci Rose passed away peacefully, holding my hand, surrounded by family and her best friends. She was never in any pain. The last few days have been something I hope no family ever has to experience. For now, I kindly ask for privacy as we try to process what has happened.”
Expressing gratitude to the medical team, Holly added, “To the incredible ambulance crew and everyone at Manchester Royal Infirmary ASE & ICU — thank you for giving my sister the best possible chance.
Because of you, we were able to hold her hand, stroke her hair, and feel her heart beating one last time. We will always be grateful for the care and compassion you showed to her and to us.”
She continued, “Right now, my focus is on supporting my family and ensuring they don’t have to worry about work or finances. Any posts you see this month are pre-recorded and scheduled. I’ll continue working so my family can have some stability.”
Holly ended her message with heartbreaking words: “Goodnight baby girl — you are and always have been so loved.”
